Great online service delivering quality items. Being new to buying clothes online i need to exchange some items for different sizes. The free return service and exchange service worked brilliantly and replacements were soon received.

A lovely elasticated belt, just the job.

Made my choice of items to order, this was acknowledge quickly with an email, a few days later my parcel arrived. Unfortunately I had to make a return, this was so simple to arrange on the returns section and my items were collected the following day via Royal Mail! My returns arrived back quickly, I am now just awaiting my replacements that will be with me soon.
